1. Category-Specific Exchange & Return Rules
We understand growing students need accurate sizing. Standard catalog school uniforms (shirts, trousers, pinafores, skirts) can be exchanged for size variations within 7 days of delivery, provided:
- The garment is unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.
- Official embroidered school crests/patches and tags remain intact.
- Custom bespoke tailored garments stitched to customer-provided non-standard measurements can be altered at our master tailor shop.
Due to hygiene and the delicate botanical purity of concentrated perfume oils:
- Opened or unsealed perfume bottles cannot be returned for change of preference.
- In the rare event of transit damage (bottle leakage or broken crystal vial upon delivery), notify our WhatsApp helpline within 24 hours of receiving the package with unboxing photos for an immediate free replacement.
Ready-to-wear kurtas, waistcoats, and stitched suits are eligible for size exchanges. Unstitched lawn fabric sets must be uncut and complete with all lace, patches, and dupattas included in the original packaging.
2. How to Request an Exchange (3 Simple Steps)
Contact on WhatsApp
Message our WhatsApp helpline with your Order Code (e.g. ALH-2026-8801) and required replacement size.
Dispatch Return Parcel
Pack the item securely and hand it over to the designated courier or visit our shop in Toba Tek Singh.
Receive New Size
Upon quality inspection, our tailoring unit will dispatch your replacement parcel via standard courier.
3. Damaged / Defective Items & Refund Process
Refunds are approved when an exchange item is out of stock. Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, or direct Pakistani Bank Transfer to your designated account.
